Job Title: RN - Cardiac Cath Lab - Contract - MSH

Location: Heart Hospital - Mount Sinai Hospital

Contract Length: 3x12 schedule

Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. This role involves delivering patient care through the professional practice model of Relationship Centered Care, utilizing the nursing process, evidence-based practices, and approved organizational standards. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, prioritize patient care, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure quality and safety in all aspects of care.

Required Qualifications:

• Active NYS RN License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• 2 years of cardiology, telemetry, or procedural experience
• 1 year of travel experience (required for travel positions, not for per diem)

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPIC experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN program
