Job Summary:
The Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) nursing professional in a healthcare setting performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks following accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, with a focus on cardiovascular procedures. The nurse provides health teaching, supports treatment plans, and executes delegated medical functions needed for patient recovery and well-being.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: ASN (Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing), current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, BLS (American Heart Association), 1 year of clinical nursing experience, and a minimum of 0 years of experience in a related field
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree of Nursing, certification appropriate for the unit or service
  • Additional Information: The role may involve floating to other departments within the scope of competency and qualifications. May be required to be placed on-call during scheduled shifts to support clinical needs.
