• Call is REQUIRED
• Call frequency (weekday/weekend)- 11- 14 days, weekday and rotating weekend call required
• Rotation structure - varies
• Minimum response time- response time <30 minutes
• Any holiday call expectations - 24 hour call on holidays and would be rotating
• Typical call volume/callback frequency - Since opening this unit in January, the team has been called in 14 times.
• Shift: 4X10s / 5X8s
• Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Requirement: per facility needs
• All RTO must be on submittal. Any RTO AFTER offer will NOT be approved. It will be the travelers responsibility to have any additional shifts covered.
• Call-Off Policy: 3 Shifts per 13 Week Assignment
• Automatic Disqualifiers: No Hits On Nursing License Approved

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF RECENT CATH LAB EXPERIENCE - if traveler lives within 50 miles of facility, they will be considered local. Local rate is lesser than travel rate.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1
• Recent Experience Required: Yes – within the past year
• Required Skills / Competencies: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Interventional Catheterizations, Left heart catheterization, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Monitoring Procedural Sedation,

• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
