AZ license required for Techs- Cases: 10-25 cases per day. Circulating, no Scrub- EMR: Cerner and Xper- Charge Nurse: Yes- Nurse Aides: Rad techs - Circulating and Scrub, BLS, Certified. Cover Endo and CVOR.- Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule- Holidays: Work into rotation.- Scrub Color: Provided- Tele :Phillips- Vents: NA- IV Team: No- RT 24/7: Yes- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes- Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 6-630, M-F. - Call: 8-12 days a month depending on the month- Floor specific orientation: 2 days on job.- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement.- Additional Notes: 30 minute response time.
