Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Catheterization Lab - $2,680 per week in Greensboro, NC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Active nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS required Must-Have: Knowledgeable of orbital atherectomy, rotational atherectomy, IABP, IMPELLA, OTC, ECMO, flow wire, manifold, sheath pulling, and all other Cath Lab adjuncts. Proficient with XPER and EPIC's CUPID for monitoring cases. Description: This position requires day shifts from Monday to Friday. The nurse will be expected to take call approximately one week every 12 to 16 weeks. Call responsibilities include 24 hours over a weekend and some half-night shifts. Candidates must be prepared to respond within 30 minutes of activation. Flexibility with scheduling is essential, as tardiness and unexcused absences are not tolerated. The role includes monitoring procedural sedation and interpreting dysrhythmias. Daily patient census ranges from 25 to 35 cases. Interdisciplinary support may be involved depending on patient needs. Candidates must complete a compliance EKG exam prior to beginning the position. Prior experience in a Cath Lab setting is preferred. Knowledge of procedural sedation administration and monitoring is necessary. Travel nurses are welcome to apply.
