Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Catheterization Lab - $2,729 per week in Kansas City, MO

Job Title: RN Cath Lab Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Monday - Thursday Hours per Shift: 9.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or in Critical Care License: Active state RN license required Certifications: Current BCLS (AHA); ACLS certificate upon start and maintain current Must-Have: - 4 years of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work or in Critical Care - BLS, ACLS, DCI/BVP Description: Provides direct patient care to adult and geriatric patient populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Communicates with the physician continuously and as needed about patient condition. Assists with maintenance of equipment and inventory. Assesses procedure room or equipment functioning and readiness. Obtains supplies for individual cases and ensures all appropriate needs of the team are met. Monitors physiological and hemodynamic data related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the lab. Monitors and records patient conditions continuously while in the lab. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
