Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Catheterization Lab - $2,729 per week in Kansas City, MO

Job Title: RN Cath Lab Profession: RN Specialty: RN Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Thursday Hours per Shift: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab performing cardiac work or in Critical Care. License: Active state RN license required. Certifications: Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certificate required upon start and must be maintained. Must-Have: - BSN preferred. - 4 years of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work or in a Critical Care setting required. Description: Provides direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Communicates continuously and as needed with the physician about patient conditions. Assists with maintenance of equipment and inventory. Assesses procedure room or equipment functioning and readiness. Obtains supplies for individual cases and ensures all appropriate needs of the laboratory team are met. Monitors physiologic and hemodynamic data related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the lab. Records patient condition continuously while in the laboratory. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
