Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Catheterization Lab - $2,741 per week in Tucson, AZ

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in Cath Lab License: RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS required Must-Have: Experience with Impella, balloon pump, and vents required IR experience strongly preferred Weekend coverage every 5-6 weeks On-call coverage for Stroke and STEMI Description: Upcoming orientation dates are available. EPIC experience is required. This position requires a minimum of two years of Cath Lab experience. Staff will participate in weekend coverage approximately every 5 to 6 weeks. Call coverage includes one weeknight call per week from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The unit consists of 7 rooms, including Interventional Radiology and Hybrid suites. Special procedures include Impella and IABP insertion and management, as well as temporary pacemaker insertion. Experience with rotablator and programming of AICDs is necessary. The unit involves monitoring procedural sedation and interventional catheterizations. Responsibilities include interpreting and managing dysrhythmias. The daily census averages around 35 visits per day. Interdisciplinary support is available for various patient diagnoses, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Local candidates are not accepted for this position. Travelers should have no more than one DUI on record, with the incident occurring more than one year ago.
