Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse:

Deliver specialized care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization
Monitor hemodynamic status and administer medications, including sedation support
Assist cardiologists with angiograms, stent placements, pacemaker insertions, ablations, and related procedures
Maintain sterile technique and ensure proper setup and functioning of Cath Lab equipment
Educate and prepare patients pre-procedure, and monitor/recover them post-procedure
Collaborate closely with cardiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams
Complete accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility protocols
Adapt quickly to a fast-paced Cath Lab environment

Requirements for the Travel Nurse:

Active Florida or Compact RN license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the Cath Lab or Critical Care
