Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Catheterization Lab - $2,826 per week in Pleasant Prairie, WI

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience required. License: Wisconsin or Compact license preferred. Pending licenses accepted. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required. Must-Have: Epic experience preferred. First-timers accepted. Description: Start Date: ASAP, within 2 weeks from offer for compliance requirements. Shifts are 4 days a week, either 06:00 - 16:30 or 07:00 - 17:30, depending on the facility's needs. The RN will also rotate in the PACU for the Cath lab. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Emergency and critical care experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess skills in End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Angioplasty, and Cardioversion among others. Experience with procedural sedation administration/monitoring is essential. Candidates should be comfortable with various interventional procedures such as Pacemaker Insertion and Cardiac Stent Placement. Well-rounded nursing skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important. The RN will work with interdisciplinary support services such as IV Teams and Pharmacy. The daily patient census is approximately 10, with care for adult patients. All certifications must be active and submitted during the compliance process. Two supervisor references will be needed following the acceptance of an offer.
