Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Cardiac Cath/Interventional Cardiology License: Valid RN License Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Experience with Structural Heart and TAVR Ability to float to other facilities Description: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Cath Lab position. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cardiac Cath/Interventional Cardiology. Successful candidates should have experience with Structural Heart and TAVR. Responsibilities include Cath/EP and Pre/Post procedural care. Candidates must have the ability to float to other facilities when required. Demonstrated skills in monitoring procedural sedation and starting and maintaining IVs are essential. Experience with various procedures such as PCI, IABP Placement, and Ventricular Assist Device Insertion is preferred. Strong knowledge of antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, and infection prevention protocols is necessary. Candidates should be comfortable with both diagnostic and interventional catheterizations. Previous charge experience is valued. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication are essential for this role.
