Certifications: ACLS, BLS required
Must-Have: Level 1 trauma experience and high volume/high level of acuity Cath lab experience
Description:
RN needed for the Cath Lab.
Ratios will be 1:1.
Shifts are rotating, including early and late hours.
Candidates with prior experience in a high-volume Cath lab are preferred.
Weekend work is required every other weekend.
On-call requirements include rotating evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
The RN circulator will provide conscious sedation under the direction of the attending physician.
Responsibilities include handing off sterile supplies, assessing vitals, and documenting in the electronic record system.
Cross-training to run hemodynamics in a monitor tech role may be required.
A minimum of one year of electrophysiology experience is required.
Candidates must be familiar with various cardiac procedures and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of special equipment such as the electronic documentation system is necessary.
Applicants must be able to float within the service line to meet facility needs.
