Follows hospital policies and procedures. Adheres to nursing process guidelines, standards of care, and standards of practice. Participates in on-call duties and one weekend per month. Flexible with shift scheduling. Engages in a community-focused healthcare environment. Ensures the highest level of patient safety and clinical excellence.
