Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cath Lab Profession: RN Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12.0 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: - 2 years Cath Lab Experience License: - RN License (New York only) Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) - Moderate Sedation Trained Must-Have: - Experience with TAVR, Microclip, and Watchmen - Experience in Right Heart and Left Heart Hemodynamics - Cardiac Interventions, CTO, PCI, Pericardiocentesis, Vascular Interventions - RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, FlowTriever - Mechanical Circulatory Support Experience with ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo, and LVAD - Structural Heart experience with TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, Valvuloplasty, and ASA - Critical care or Cardiac Experience Description: The Cath Lab focuses on mechanical and electrical diagnosis and intervention for cardiac patients. The lab caters to adult and pediatric patients with a wide range of conditions. It includes a comprehensive pre and post-procedural care holding area. The practice model emphasizes collaboration between staff and focuses on excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction. Familiarity with device and ablation procedures and equipment is a plus. EP Lab experience is also beneficial.
