Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab | Sacramento, CA
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in a high-acuity Cardiac Cath Lab setting in Sacramento, California.
Location: Sacramento, CA
Shift: 12-Hour Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Duration: 13 Weeks
⏱️ Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Setting: Acute Care | Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care for diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist with high-acuity cardiac cases including STEMI, TAVR, MitraClip, Impella, Balloon Pump, IVUS, Rotablator, and Shockwave procedures
- Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with Cath Lab staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Float as needed based on unit requirements
Unit Details:
- 3 Cath Lab rooms
- Cerner EMR and Merge Hemodynamics documentation system
- STEMI tertiary referral center
- Approximately 3,000 cases annually
