We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Pontiac, MI. Join a highly skilled cardiovascular team at a Level II Trauma Center, providing exceptional care in a fast-paced procedural environment.
ScheduleDay shifts with flexible scheduling based on department needs
Shift options may include:
Five 8-hour shifts
Four 10-hour shifts
Two 8-hour shifts plus two 12-hour shifts
Scheduled between 6:30 AM and 7:00 PM
On-call required: 7–11 on-call days per schedule, including one full weekend each month
Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac and interventional procedures
Prepare, monitor, and recover patients before, during, and after procedures
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Respond effectively to emergency situations in the Cath Lab
Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner PowerChart
Follow hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based nursing practices
Active Michigan RN License (required at submission)
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience
Previous travel nursing experience preferred
Current BLS (AHA) certification
Current ACLS certification
