Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (5x8 Hours) | Onsite | Primary shift 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with potential transition to 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab setting
• Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation and charting
• Participate in on-call rotation, expected approximately 1 night per week
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation, expected every 4th or 5th weekend (Friday 6:00 PM through Monday 7:30 AM)
• Adhere to unit protocols and maintain compliance with all required certifications and facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Experience in both Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• Familiarity with EP (Electrophysiology) procedures
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
