Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to dialysis patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient responses to dialysis treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe clinical environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members regarding treatment progress

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• Prior dialysis nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local travelers

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care or hospital-based dialysis setting
• Familiarity with both hemodialysis and CRRT modalities
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
