Contract | Days | 11–12 Days per 6-Week Schedule | 24/7 On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care within an interventional cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology (EP) lab setting
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation as required by the department schedule
- Operate and assist with advanced cardiac devices and technologies including balloon pump, Impella, OCT, IVUS, Inari, and FFR
- Accurately document patient care and procedural information using electronic health record systems
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Experience in an interventional cardiac cath lab or EP lab setting
- Demonstrated experience with balloon pump, Impella, OCT, IVUS, Inari, and FFR
- Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic Cupid documentation
- Prior experience in a high-acuity interventional cardiology environment
