Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting following established clinical protocols and standards
- Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly using Epic electronic health records
- Float within scope of practice to other units or sister facilities as needed to meet staffing demands
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license – no pending licenses accepted
- Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required; first-time travel nurses not eligible
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the contracted facility (local candidates are not eligible)
- Valid driver's license or state-issued ID, plus a qualifying proof-of-address document in the traveler's name dated within the last three months
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume or Level II/III cardiac procedural environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to floating assignments across multiple care settings
