Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting within an acute care hospital environment
- Perform and assist with cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation, including 2 nights per week post-shift and 1 weekend every 2 weeks (7 on-call days per pay period)
- Alternate STEMI and neuro call days as applicable based on skill set
- Accurately document patient care activities using the facility's electronic health record system
Required Qualifications- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license (no pending licenses accepted)
- Minimum 1.5 years of Cath Lab RN experience (hard stop; 2 years preferred)
- Prior travel nursing experience required — first-time travelers will not be considered
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (must not be expired)
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
- Ability to fulfill on-call requirements as outlined; scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills- Neuro skills highly preferred; candidates with neuro experience may alternate between STEMI and neuro call assignments
- 2 or more years of Cath Lab RN experience
