Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday with variable start times (6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM, rotated equally among staff) | 4 x 9-hour shifts per week with 1 rotating day off | 40 guaranteed hours per week | On-call weekends required | 8–10 call shifts per 4-week schedule | 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a 2-lab Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
Perform and support procedures for cardiology, vascular, and interventional radiology patient populations?
Demonstrate competency in sedation and circulation throughout cath lab procedures
Operate and assist with specialized equipment including Xper, Philips, Balloon Pump, and Impella devices
Document patient care accurately using Epic Cupid EMR
Participate in on-call weekend rotations as scheduled
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Catheterization Lab experience
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Demonstrated sedation and circulation competency
Must successfully complete a required EKG test prior to placement
Preferred Experience / Skills
Recording competency within a cath lab environment
Prior experience with Epic Cupid EMR
Familiarity with Impella and Balloon Pump devices
