Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday with variable start times (6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM, rotated equally among staff) | 4 x 9-hour shifts per week with 1 rotating day off | 40 guaranteed hours per week | On-call weekends required | 8–10 call shifts per 4-week schedule | 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 2-lab Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Perform and support procedures for cardiology, vascular, and interventional radiology patient populations?
- Demonstrate competency in sedation and circulation throughout cath lab procedures
- Operate and assist with specialized equipment including Xper, Philips, Balloon Pump, and Impella devices
- Document patient care accurately using Epic Cupid EMR
- Participate in on-call weekend rotations as scheduled
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Catheterization Lab experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Demonstrated sedation and circulation competency
- Must successfully complete a required EKG test prior to placement
Preferred Experience / Skills- Recording competency within a cath lab environment
- Prior experience with Epic Cupid EMR
- Familiarity with Impella and Balloon Pump devices
