    Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / IR

    Contract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekday and weekend call requirements apply

    Key Responsibilities
    • Circulate, sedate, and transport patients across Cath Lab, IR, and Hybrid room settings, each utilizing 3-person teams
    • Perform and interpret EKGs; support a range of Cath Lab procedures including LHC/RHC, diagnostic and interventional cases, IABPs, Rotablator, STEMIs/MIs, pacemakers, MICRAs, staged/protected PCIs, and CTOs
    • Assist with IR procedures such as coil embolizations, nephrostomy tubes, central lines, ports, G/GJ tubes, IVC filters, tunneled and temporary dialysis catheters, and clot management devices (training available for those without IR experience)
    • Support Hybrid room cases including AAA grafts, peripheral/AO runoffs, and fistulograms (training available)
    • Participate in on-call rotation: expected 1–2 weekday call shifts per week (end of shift through following morning) and 1 weekend per month (end of shift Friday through Monday morning) with a 30-minute response time
    • Complete required facility telemetry competency assessment prior to arrival; participate in buddy call during orientation period
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license valid in Washington State
    • Current BLS certification required
    • Current ACLS certification required
    • Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience
    • Ability to read and interpret EKGs
    • Proficiency with EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis medication dispensing, and Merge hemodynamic monitoring
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Combined Cath Lab and IR experience strongly preferred
    • Impella experience preferred
    • Experience with IABP management
    • Familiarity with GE C-arms and MedRad injector systems
