Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a single-procedure Cardiac Cath Lab alongside a team of registered nurses
• Staff the pre/post procedure area, which includes four patient bays, as part of a two-nurse RN team
• Participate in STEMI call coverage on weekends when scheduled during designated coverage periods
• Perform on-call duties Monday through Saturday for post-PCI patients requiring return to the Cath Lab
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Wear a radiation badge at all times during procedures — radiation badge must be supplied by the placing agency prior to start

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN License or a Compact RN License recognized in South Carolina; license must be active prior to start date
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Radiation badge required — must be provided by the placing agency; the facility does not supply radiation badges to contract staff
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with STEMI response and post-PCI patient management
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Cath Lab or interventional cardiology setting
