    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Electrophysiology (EP) Lab

    Location

    Seattle, WA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Onsite | 31-Week Assignment

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist with and support cardiac cath lab procedures including pacemaker/defibrillator lead extraction, removal, and Watchman procedures
    • Perform and support electrophysiology procedures including cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, arrhythmia induction, conduction studies, and pacemaker/AICD insertion and programming
    • Administer and monitor cardiac medications including antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, and thrombolytics
    • Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and obtain 12-lead EKG/ECG readings
    • Provide patient education focused on lifestyle modifications and medication adherence
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license in Washington State or applicable Compact license
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an RN in an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
    • Proficiency with EP and cardiac cath lab procedures including Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) closure and cardioversion
    • Experience administering cardiac medications including antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, and thrombolytics
    • Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system (required)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a Heart and Vascular Clinic or similar specialty setting
    • Familiarity with quality improvement processes within a clinical environment
    • Strong patient education skills, particularly related to cardiac lifestyle management and medication adherence
