Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Towson, MD

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | On-Call Required | Weekends and Holidays Required as Scheduled

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab and Hybrid OR setting serving adult and geriatric patient populations
• Perform and assist with interventional scrubbing for a range of cardiac procedures including IABP, Rotablator, Shockwave, Structural, PFO, TAVR, MitraClip, and Watchman
• Operate and document using imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment including GE Innova IGS, Philips systems, GE MacLab, IVUS, and FFR
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the EPIC electronic health record system
• Participate in on-call rotation, including weekday and weekend call coverage as assigned per contract requirements
• Float within scope to other areas as needed; travelers are first to float

• Active Maryland RN license or valid Compact RN license at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience with recent interventional scrubbing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association only)
• ARRT-R and/or RCIS certification required
• Ability to meet on-call requirements: up to 10 weekday on-call shifts (5:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Mon–Thu) and 3 weekend on-call shifts (Fri 5:00 PM – Mon 6:00 AM) per contract
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts as scheduled

• Experience with advanced structural cardiac procedures such as TAVR, MitraClip, and Watchman
• Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring tools including IVUS and FFR
• Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers accepted

• Gain hands-on experience in a high-acuity Cath Lab environment featuring two Cath Labs and a Hybrid OR performing a wide range of advanced cardiac procedures
