Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, including circulating and monitoring roles
- Respond to STEMI calls with a 30-minute response time to the hospital
- Operate and maintain familiarity with high-risk equipment including Impella, IABP, and Anari devices
- Fulfill on-call requirements of approximately 7–9 shifts per month, including one weekend rotation
- Float to an additional facility location within Tucson as needed
- Maintain a patient ratio of 3:1 in accordance with unit standards
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years of Cath Lab experience (candidates with slightly less experience will be considered)
- Experience with circulating and monitoring in a Cath Lab setting
- Familiarity with STEMI protocols and high-risk cardiac equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in Electrophysiology (EP) and/or Interventional Radiology (IR)
- Prior travel nursing experience
