Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab/EP
Location
Weston, FL
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab/EP setting
- Administer and monitor medications in accordance with facility protocols
- Perform and interpret EKG monitoring as required by the unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
- Complete required pre-start and annual specialty-specific training modules prior to beginning assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology (EP)
- Must pass EKG and Pharmacology assessments during orientation (maximum 2 attempts each; no remediation)
- Two professional references from a direct supervisor, manager, assistant nurse manager, or director required at time of submission
- Must complete all required pre-start modules prior to first day (non-billable; approximately 6–15 hours)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiac specialty setting
- Familiarity with electronic learning management systems for compliance tracking
