Certifications/Licenses:
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- 2 Yr Exp
- Floating required to like units - travelers must be flexible to floating
- Every other weekend required
- Experience: Must have surgical tele experience, open heart surgery and vascular, ( groin)radial band management, IV skills, NIH 2-3 years telemetry experience; optional- VAD, TAVR experience)
- Certs Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Surgical Cardiac Telemetry Unit, myocardial infarction, rule out MI, Primary arrhythmias, pre/post open-heart surgery patients, vascular surgery patients, coronary artery disease, heart failure, pre/post cath lab with or without interventions, stroke patients with cardiac involvement; specialized structural heart support ( VAD, TVAR, etc)
- Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, Trach Care
- Blood/Blood Products Administration
- Cardioversion / Defibrillation, Epicardial Pacer Management
- LVAD, Open Heart 24-28 hours Post-Op
- Tele Interpretation - Dysrhythmia Interpretation and management
