• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,090-$2,200
• Location: Harrison Township, New Jersey
• Setting: Cardiac Stepdown with ICU and PCU float
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• Duration: 8-week assignment
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per month
• Holiday Requirement: 1 holiday per assignment

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of combined ICU and Step Down nursing experience
• Active New Jersey RN license or compact RN license
• Epic experience required
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Current ACLS certification from AHA
• Current NIHSS certification from AHA
• Ability to work effectively in both ICU and PCU environments

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients in an acute care setting
• Float between ICU and PCU units as needed based on patient care demands
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and communicate updates to the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical protocols
• Document patient care accurately using Epic
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Participate in orientation, required training, and unit-based onboarding activities
