Key Responsibilities of the RN - Charge CVOR- Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the CVOR
- Coordinate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure the readiness of the operating room for various cardiovascular procedures including CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR
- Provide direct patient care in a 1:1 patient ratio setting
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems such as Meditech/CPN
- Participate in on-call duties as required
Requirements of the RN - Charge CVOR- Minimum 1-year current hospital CVOR RN experience
- Active KS RN licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Charge CVOR RN experience
- Preferred experience: PALS, open heart, cardiovascular procedures, and prior Meditech experience
