Key Responsibilities of the RN - Charge CVOR
Lead and coordinate CVOR procedures, ensuring patient safety and care
Collaborate with a team of RNs and CSTs to deliver specialized cardiovascular care
Utilize Meditech/CPN EMR systems effectively
Maintain a positive and confident attitude, facilitating effective team communication
Participate in on-call duties as required
Requirements of the RN - Charge CVOR
Minimum 1-year current hospital CVOR RN experience
Active KS RN licensure
BLS and ACLS certifications
Previous Charge CVOR RN experience
Experience with CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR procedures
