The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based care to critically ill patients who require continuous monitoring and advanced life-support measures. The RN will assess patient conditions, implement care plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safe patient outcomes in a fast-paced critical care environment.
