**Job Description:**
- **Unit Information:**
- 16 Bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)
- 45 Highly Skilled Staff Members
- Patient Ratios: 2:1 (2 patients : 1 RN)
- **Shift Details:**
- Night Shift: 7P-7A
- 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) per shift
- **Equipment You'll Work With:**
- GE Monitors
- EV 1000
- Hemispheres
- CRRT (NextStage)
- Impella
- Swan Ganz Catheters
- Arterial Lines
- Chest Tubes
- Ventilators
- **EMR System:** Meditech
- **Desired Skill Set:**
- **Must Have:**
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience (adult ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or any Critical Care specialty)
- Proficiency in ventilator management, arterial/central line insertion, and chest tube management
- **Preferred Skills:**
- CVICU experience, CABG recovery, CRRT, Impella
- Familiarity with Meditech
- BSN and CCRN certification
- **Typical Procedures:**
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Swan Ganz catheter insertion
- Arterial line placement
- Chest tube management
- **Ideal Personality Fit:**

- **Floating Areas:**
- Medical ICU, Neuro Surgical ICU, Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
