Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit - $1,725 per week in Arlington, TX

# Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular ICU Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** July 2026 **Location:** Arlington, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts; 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio; two weekend shifts per bi-weekly period; no on-callHighlights:

• 16-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit specializing in complex cardiac care and post-surgical recovery
• Comprehensive case mix including CABG recovery, hemodynamic monitoring, Swan Ganz, arterial lines, chest tubes, ventilator management, and advanced therapies such as CRRT and Impella
• Collaborative team environment with dedicated Charge Nurse coverage on both day and night shifts
• State-of-the-art equipment including GE monitors, EV 1000, Hemispheres, NextStage CRRT, and mechanical circulatory support devices
• EMR system: Meditech
• Float pool opportunities to Medical ICU, Neuro Surgical ICU, and Cardiac Progressive Care Unit

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience required (adult ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or any critical care specialty)
• Demonstrated competency in ventilator management, arterial/central line management, and chest tube care
• Preferred: CVICU-specific experience, CABG recovery, CRRT, Impella, Meditech EMR experience
• Preferred: BSN and CCRN certification
