Job Title: Travel RN - Cardiac PICU

Description:
This is a Travel RN position in a Cardiac Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
The unit specializes in providing advanced care for pediatric cardiac patients.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and an effective communicator.
The nurse-to-patient ratios in this critical care environment are typically 1:2.
Equipment utilized includes advanced monitors and infusion pumps.
Typical procedures performed include post-operative care, management of continuous infusions, and chest tube management.
Candidates with experience in peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and ECMO are preferred.
The team consists of experienced professionals with a strong background in cardiac and pediatric critical care.
The RN team averages ten years of nursing experience and has a culture of safety and engagement.
This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with board-certified intensivists.
Nurses will support patients and families during their congenital heart journeys.
