Key Responsibilities of the Experienced ICU Registered Nurse

• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and manage swans and art lines
• Handle ventilator management efficiently
• Apply strong critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations
• Collaborate during post-CABG and post-VAD procedures
• Manage post-catheterization care with cardiac support devices

Requirements of the Experienced ICU Registered Nurse

• Active TX RN License
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• NIH certification
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Experience with IABP and CRRT preferred
• Familiarity with Meditech charting preferred
