Candidates must have experience managing cardiac and thoracic surgery patients. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. NIH Certification and CPI/MOAB High Risk training are also required. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills are essential for collaboration with the healthcare team.
