Requirements:
Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state license)
Minimum 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
NIHSS certification required
Epic charting system experience required
Previous travel experience preferred
Proficiency in essential skills: IV start, telemetry, ventilator management, Swan Ganz/pulmonary artery lines, conscious sedation, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and PA line management
Experience with advanced cardiac care including ECMO, CRRT, hemodynamic monitoring, temporary pacemakers, and chest tubes
Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
Two professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor)
