- **Accreditations:** Joint Commission Accredited, Certified Chest Pain Center, Level Trauma 3
- **Orientation:** Weekly
- **Unit:** ICU/CVICU
- **Position:** RN - Blended ICU
- **Openings:** 1
- **Shift:** 3x12s
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Patient Ratio:** 1:2
- **Number of Beds:** 16
- **Equipment:** Baxter pumps
- **Electronic Health Record (EHR):** Medhost
- **Supervisor:** Katelyn Belt
- **Patient Population:** Adults, Geriatrics
- **Required Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIH
- **Experience:** Minimum 2 years with travel experience
- **Call Requirements:** Yes
- **Float Requirements:** Intermediate Care Unit (as primary RN) and ED holding on as-needed basis
**Common Diagnoses/Treatments:**
- STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation
- Sepsis, CABG, Valve repair/replacement
- Acute Respiratory Failure, A. Fib RVR
- ETOH Withdrawal, Head Injury, Overdose
- Stroke, Trauma, CRRT, TCAR & TVAR
**Attendance Policy:**
- **Call Outs:** One allowed per contract; additional requires documentation and review.
