- Utilize advanced skills such as ACLS, balloon pump, and impella device management.
- Document patient information accurately using the Meditech Expanse system.
- Adhere to hospital-specific protocols and unit guidelines.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - CVICU- 1-2 years of experience with fresh cardiac surgery patients in a primary recovery setting.
- ACLS certification.
- Training in balloon pump, impella, and hemosphere or acumen systems.
