Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in CVICU License: New Jersey or Compact state license Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Experience with post open heart fresh case recovery Experience with IABP and Impella Strongly preferred experience in ECMO and CRRT Description: Local rate is determined based on distance to the facility. Candidates must review and comply with submittal instructions. Candidates should possess a New Jersey or Compact state nursing license. Candidates must have active ACLS and BLS certifications. Experience in post open heart fresh case recovery is required. Experience with intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP) and Impella is required. Strong preference is given to candidates with ECMO and CRRT experience. Floating is required to assist in similar units as needed. Candidates need to pass a mandatory EKG exam onsite with a minimum score of 80%. Candidates should have experience with various clinical nursing skills. Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination series and booster is required. Clinical testing is mandatory, with a minimum passing score of 80% for the Basic Arrhythmia Exam. Candidates will need to provide verification of their employment history.
