Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit - $2,921 per week in Chico, CA

**Join Our Dynamic Cardiovascular Care Team!** **Job Description:** - Embark on an exciting journey in the Cardiovascular Unit (CVU) of a 30-bed facility. - Provide exceptional medical, pre-operative, and post-operative surgical care to medium to high acuity patients. - Work with stable patients who have a high potential for becoming unstable, along with those presenting higher complexity and existing co-morbidities. - Care for a diverse patient population, from young adults to geriatrics, with various cardiac diagnoses, including: - Pre/Post cardiac artery bypass surgery - Carotid endarterectomy - Acute Myocardial Infarction (MI) - Post pacemaker insertion - Arrhythmia detection - Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) - Pneumonia and other related diseases - Experience a rewarding patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4, ensuring personalized care. - Float to other units, including Med/Surg, as needed. **Must Have:** - Current CA RN license - Current BLS certification - Current ACLS certification - EPIC charting experience - Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience - Successful completion of prior traveler assignments **Shift Information:** - 12-hour shifts during the day with a 0700 start time. - Holiday coverage is required. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
