License: Permanent Ohio license required or Compact license accepted for starts after January 1, 2023
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Must-Have:
- 18 months recent CVICU experience, travel experience acceptable
- ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessments required during orientation
- Two references from a management-level individual in the specialty required
- Strong adherence to compliance policies regarding background checks
- Compliance with nicotine-free requirements as applicable
Description:
This position requires a Registered Nurse specialized in CVICU.
Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty.
Experience in a travel capacity may be considered.
The role requires active certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
Candidates must hold a valid Ohio nursing license or a Compact state license if applicable.
Nurses will be expected to work during every other holiday.
An acceptable score on both the ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment is necessary for continued employment.
References from management-level personnel in the specialty must be provided.
The facility will not accept travelers with an open case on background checks.
All required certifications must be active at the time of submission.
