Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced CVICU Travel Registered Nurse for a leading hospital in Peoria, Illinois. This assignment offers a competitive weekly rate of $3,000 based on a 3x12s Night shift schedule. Key Responsibilities of the Travel CVICU RN:

Provide specialized critical care for post-operative cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients
Monitor and manage advanced hemodynamic lines, vasoactive drips, ventilators, and invasive devices
Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and participate in emergency interventions
Collaborate closely with cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary care teams
Ensure thorough and accurate documentation in the EMR
Maintain strict adherence to CVICU safety standards and evidence-based practices

Requirements of the Travel CVICU RN:

Active Illinois RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
BLS and ACLS required
Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU experience
Strong knowledge of cardiac surgery recovery, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care best practices
