Seven Healthcare is excited to offer a rewarding nursing opportunity for a Travel Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Charlotte, North Carolina. This contract includes a competitive weekly blended rate of $4,320.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Pediatric CVICU Nurse:
  • Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in the CVICU
  • Monitor and assess cardiovascular and respiratory status, including vital signs and neurological status
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following pediatric protocols
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including cardiologists, intensivists, and therapists
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation according to facility standards
  • Educate families on patient conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition

Requirements of the Travel Pediatric CVICU Nurse:
  • Active North Carolina or Compact RN license
  • Current BLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a pediatric CVICU or similar critical care setting
