Contract | Onsite | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Participate in required facility orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate testing
• Work at least every other holiday as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in CVICU (travel experience may be considered)
• Active and unencumbered permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of CVICU experience within a single facility location
• Prior travel nursing experience in a CVICU or comparable critical care environment
