Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit (CSICU/CVICU) setting at a Level 1 facility
• Document patient care and clinical information using EPIC electronic health records
• Complete all required unit-specific orientation modules by the Friday of orientation week
• Float within scope of practice to other units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia or a Compact State required at time of submittal
• Minimum 1 year of CSICU/CVICU experience at a Level 1 facility
• EPIC charting experience required — no exceptions
• Must adhere to a natural nail policy as required by the facility
• 2 professional references required at time of submission
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same base rate — no radius restrictions apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiac or critical care setting
