Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting at a Short Term Acute Care, Level II Trauma Center
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 and 1:2 in accordance with unit standards
- Work every other weekend as part of a block schedule requirement
- Float between units within the facility as needed
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
Required Qualifications- Valid Washington State or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in a CVICU setting
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Ability to adhere to a block schedule including every other weekend
- Willingness to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a teaching hospital environment
- Familiarity with Level II Trauma Center protocols and workflows
- Experience in a high-acuity ICU environment with 1:1 patient ratios
